PURPOSE: To make it possible to restore a floor level easily by jacking up a minimum amount of reinforced concrete block slabs of an uppermost layer which has been subjected to uneven settlement and injecting grout into the produced. ;CONSTITUTION: When uneven settlement is generated on a dirt floor concrete slab 1, a floor level is measured three-dimensionally, thereby determining a minimum construction block slab for the uppermost layer of a reinforced concrete slab 2. Then, the site concrete is cut up to the top of a middle layer of concrete mat slab 3 where a central jack support hole 6 and a lifting bolt threaded hole 7 around its peripheral edge are after-worked. Then, a reaction force receiver 60 is installed to the hole 6 and a jack 61 is interposed. A lifting mount 8 is loaded where lifting bolts 70 are threaded with the holes 7, thereby connecting the bolts 70 to the lifting mount 8. The jack 61 is arranged to rise, thereby jacking the concrete block 20 by way of the lifting mount 8.
