PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize supporting tool for puncture needle to perform proper puncture while taking magnetic resonance images, RF coil equipped with it and the magnetic resonance signal measurement equipment and magnetic resonance imaging equipment using such coil. SOLUTION: This supporting tool for puncture needle is equipped with base part 610 attached to RF coil 200, slider 630 attached to the base part so as to move parallel to the axis of RF coil, a through-hole 638 of the puncture needle, a MR marker 640 parallel to the hole, and a puncture needle guide 636 capable of linear movement in the vertical direction of sliding direction on the slider and rotational movement on the vertical face of the axis of RF coil.
