PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rust stabilizing treating method for steel by which flowing rust is prevented in a region high in the content of flied salt, also, the permeation of corrosive anions, e.g. of flied salt is suppressed, and stable rest can efficiently be formed without damaging its appearance, to provide steel subjected to the same rust stabilizing treatment and to provide a steel structure constructed by the same steel.;SOLUTION: The surface of weather resistant steel in which Cr is not substantially contained, and also, Ni is added is coated with a rust stabilizing treating agent containing tervalent chromium ions and resin.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
