PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ride-on type four-wheel off-road traveling vehicle provided with the winch fitting structure capable of preventing the projection of the winch or the related parts thereof in front of a vehicle and restricting the increase of the number of parts items, weight and the cost as much as possible, and to be easily loaded with the winch. SOLUTION: An electric winch 40 is fixed onto a horizontal part 47 of a bracket 45 by bolts within a lower part 25b of a front guard 25, and a guide device 41 is fixed to a front surface of a vertical part 46 of the bracket 45 by bolts. In this condition, the electric winch 40 is positioned nearly just under a radiator 24, and the electric winch 40 and a guide roller mechanism 41 are positioned just under a baffle plate 32.
