PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-size and simply operable batch type apparatus for producing boiled soybean juice, which is to be used when producing boiled soybean juice in a soybean curd making process, or the like, and to provide a tank to be used in the apparatus.;SOLUTION: The tank for producing boiled soybean juice has the following structure: a rotating shaft rotatable in the normal/reverse direction is inserted into a tank body having an inlet part for water and an inlet part for raw material soybeans on an upper end thereof and having an outlet part on the bottom end thereof, from the upper end direction of the tank; a hollow cylindrical body having an upper end diameter larger than a lower end one is mounted on the bottom end of the rotating shaft; plural crushing teeth are mounted on the inner peripheral wall and/or the outer peripheral wall of the hollow cylindrical body so that they are projected so as to stand against the rotation of normal/reverse direction of the rotating shaft; and also, an opening surrounding the rotating shaft is provided on the upper end of the tank; and further, a cylindrical wind wheel mounted on the rotating shaft is arranged under the opening. The batch type apparatus for producing boiled soybean juice has the following structure: a heating means for soybean juice is interposed between the outlet part at the lower end of the tank for producing boiled soybean juice and the upper end thereof via a transfer means for the boiled soybean juice.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
