HABITABLE ROOM SPACE HAVING VARIABLE SPACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a habitable room space having a variable space capable of simply changing the layout of the interior of a building while securing daylighting and a view in a kitchen and sanitary space, restraining the height of floors to the minimum not to obstruct sunshine to a neighboring building, and cope with noise problem to adjacent dwelling units of a multiple dwelling house and safety in rotation of a rotary floor. SOLUTION: The floor of this living room is provided with a rotary floor 4 for disposing a sanitary space having a kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom, a dressing room and the like, and a fixed floor 6 installed on a foundation 30 surrounding a part of the outer periphery of the rotary floor. The rotary floor is placed and supported on a low support bed 32 installed on the foundation. A space below the rotary floor is surrounded with an air-tight seal member 38 to make the internal space as an airtight space. Compressed air is fed into the airtight space from an air force-feed means, so that the rotary floor is rotatably floated by pneumatic pushing-up.
