PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit building, a joining structure of a beam and a beam joining structure of the unit building which may improve structure efficiency of a setback part of an upper floor part, and effectively support another adjacent building unit.;SOLUTION: Sides without a wall part of at least two lower floor building units 2, 2 are butted against each other, the units are arranged adjacent to each other, and on the lower building unit 2, steel-made beam members 13, 13 are stretched between wall parts 2a, 2a of at least two building units 2, 2. An upper floor unit 12 shorter than the distance between the wall parts 2a, 2a is installed on the steel-made beam members 13, 13.
