PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clearly segment an event by handling consultation record informa tion for the unit of event and to perform reprogramming of data or relating with all data with a high flexibility. SOLUTION: The event on a consultation inputted through an input device 110 is structured into event unit by an input information analyzing means 133 and stored in a storage device 140 as consultation record information. When retrieval or the like is performed and a consultation record output request is issued, a consultation record display control means 131 extracts the consultation record information from the storage device 140, aligns the extracted consultation record information for each of data types and sends it to a consultation record output means 121. Thus, the main activity is specified for the unit of one event on the consultation and items attached to that event are handled together so that a doctor can exactly grasp which kind of event happens on a patient.
