PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize real-time communication between a Web site seller and a prospective Web site customer.;SOLUTION: A Web site server automatically detects the visitor to a site and judges whether the visitor gains a profit from an interactive sales session or not. The visitor voluntarily selects a method for communication with the Web site seller by a button to be displayed in a Web page. The Web site server of a Logic on board provides a pop-up window to be displayed in the browser window of the visitor and a corresponding window on the display of the Web site seller.
