摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize both of synthesis at a low temperature and ferroelectric characteristics by rationalizing conditions for forming, especially, a membrane of a ferroelectric material (ceramic). ;SOLUTION: The membrane-like formed body of a ceramic powder is obtained by placing a first liquid obtained by dispersing the ceramic powder in a nonpolar solvent on a polar solvent being a second liquid, then sedimenting and filling the ceramic powder on the interface between the first/second liquids, transferring onto a substrate and firing. As the ceramic powder, a powder being a ferroelectric material and having a specific surface area of 10 to 20 m2/g is used. The membrane having good physical properties can be obtained by using, as the ceramic powder, a powder obtained by hydrothermal synthesis or solid phase reaction using a flux.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
