PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regeneration-processing installation for film waste with such advantages that installation cost and operating cost are low and the cleaning effect is high and further, it is possible to regeneration-process a large amount of the film waste as well as a method for regeneration-processing the film waste. SOLUTION: This regeneration-processing installation for film waste is equipped with a cleaner 6 for separating/removing foreign substance such as sludge from a crushed film waste. Further, the cleaner 6 comprises a cylindrical wash tank 21, a rotor 22 for gyrating a cleaning liquid and the film waste loaded in the wash tank 21, a delivery pipe 26 for delivering the cleaned film waste to the outside and an opening/closing valve 27 installed in the delivery pipe 26. In addition, a separator 9 is installed as the after-processing device of the cleaner 6 which separates the cleaned film piece into a PE film piece and a PVC film piece. This separator separates the PE film piece and the PVC film piece by the difference of specific gravity.
