PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a full color thin film electroluminescent display panel having high visibility and a thin shape.;SOLUTION: The full color thin film EL display panel is realized to have a structure in which a blue and green color luminescence EL panel which can be driven independently and respectively, and a substantial red luminescence EL panel are stacked in order of the blue and green color luminescence EL panel and the substantial red luminescence EL panel, from an image display side. Moreover, a red color film which has a function of red color compensation and a function of electric insulation is inserted between both the EL panels.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
