PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect the insulator of a gas-insulated switchgear against contamination by carbide particles which are generated inside an insulated cylinder and spouted out into the vessel of the cylinder when a flashing accident occurs inside the insulated cylinder in which a lightning arrestor device is housed.;SOLUTION: An opening 201a is provided to an insulated cylinder 201 where a laminate 202 of a zinc oxide device is housed, and an air-permeable filter 220 is mounted so as to stop up the opening 201a.
