PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-chromium rust-preventive treating agent for aluminum which is capable of obtaining sufficient corrosion resistance in spite of the non-chromium type rust-preventive treating agent and does not give rise to white rust in spite of use as, for example, a fin material of a heat exchanger, a rust-preventive treating method and aluminum products subjected to the rust preventive treatment. SOLUTION: The aluminum is treated by the non-chromium rust-preventive treating agent for aluminum having a concentration of a zirconium compound of 100 to 100,000 ppm in terms of zirconium, a fluorine ion concentration of 125 to 125,000 ppm, a non-volatile concentration of a water-soluble resin of 100 to 100,000 ppm and a concentration of aluminum salt of 10 to 10,000 ppm in terms of aluminum ion.
