DECORATIVE BODY PRESENTING MOIRE PATTERN, AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely mold various shapes of lens elements at a high productivity.;SOLUTION: A light-transmissible sheet is molded, and a molding sheet 5 is made by forming fine spherical lens elements 4. A light-transmissible resin is heat-welded to the molding sheet 5 by injection-molding, and thus, a rear surface base material 20 is molded. Then, on the rear surface, a decorative section 25 such as decorative characters, a figure, a picture, an emblem, a trade mark is printed by silk screen-printing in the vertical and lateral directions in a manner to correspond with the lens elements 4, and this decorative body presenting a moire pattern is manufactured. By performing the molding by the injection-molding, the productivity is high. Also, since the molding sheet 5 is made by thermally molding a general-purpose sheet, and then, the lens elements 4 are molded, various shapes of lens elements 4 can be molded.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
