PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote the use of a public telephone set and to improve the capability of collecting customers with a public telephone set as an attractive existence by providing user speech communication topics and a user with interest. ;SOLUTION: A touch panel type liquid crystal display is used for the displaying part 1 of the public telephone set used to display the telephone number of the opposite speech communication side, a speech communication charge, etc., and when the user performs speech communication from the public telephone set, this system sets a channel with a destination and also displays various entertainment information on the part 1. As for the entertainment information offered to the user through the part 1, there are, for instance, quizzes, a fortune, a sacred lot, comics, artificial life, etc. When the user gives a correct answer to quiz information in the case of a quiz, the system gives the user a prize.
