PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the injection compression molding method and apparatus performing mold clamping of a resin flow channel without requiring a special mold clamping means and preventing resin leak of the resin flow channel.;SOLUTION: In a method for performing injection compression molding using a three-plate mold, the injection nozzle 4 of a molding machine is connected to a movable template 21 provided with a resin flow channel 5 at the time of injection and a cavity 3 is filled with a molding material while the resin flow channel 5 is sealed by the connection pressure of the nozzle and the mold position holding force of a runner plate 22. After filling is completed, a movable mold 2 (21, 22) is advanced in the direction of a fixed mold 1 by compression width quantity to compress the cavity 3 and, at the same time, the injection nozzle 4 is allowed to retreat by the compression force of the movable mold 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
