PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rigidly connect a plastic portion to a rubber portion without using an adhesive by directly connecting a thermoplastic resin portion to a vulcanized rubber portion. SOLUTION: In a gear 20 of a plastic rubber composite component, a tooth portion 21, a contact portion 22 with a shaft and arm portions 24 are formed of a thermoplastic resin, and an intermediate portion 23 is formed of a vulcanized rubber. The portion 21 and the portions 22 and 23 are formed annularly as seen from an axial direction. A site formed of the resin is directly connected to a site formed of the rubber. Thus, manufacturing steps can be simplified, and an organic solvent is not required. Sound damping quality and soundproofness are excellent while holding mechanical characteristics. Further, a reduction in a weight and corrosion resistance are improved, its structure can be simplified, and its shape and design can be diversified.
