PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for formation of a projected part that is small in variation in depth of recessed parts, has a flat bottom of the recessed part has an almost perpendicular inclination of the side wall part of the recessed part. ;SOLUTION: The mold for formation of projecting part having plural recessed parts dispersed on its surface and forming plural projected parts dispersed on a body to be transferred by transferring a shape of its surface to the body to be transferred, has a surface layer 1-2 having a prescribed thickness with formed plural dispersed through holes 'h' and a substrate 1-1 sealing openings on backside of the surface layer of the plural through holes that are formed on the surface layer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
