VAPOR GENERATING MECHANISM IN COOKING OVEN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a vapor generating function to be added to a cooking oven in a quite easy and less-expensive manner, further enable an inner side of the oven as well as a heater or a fan and the like to be easily cleaned and enable a sufficient amount of vapor to be generated. ;SOLUTION: A vapor generating mechanism in a cooking oven provided with a heater and a fan for use in feeding hot air into the inner side of the oven is comprised of a fed water receptacle guide integrally arranged with a fan guard removably installed at a front surface of the fan; and a water feeding means for use in supplying water to the fed water receptacle guide when required. Water supplied to the fed water receptacle guide is guided to a suction side of the fan, sucked by the fan together with air in the oven, dispersed toward the heater, heated by the heater and then the water is fed into the oven as water vapor.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
