PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable many samples to be treated quickly, accurately, in a short time by using a cinnamate deriv. which has a double bond capable of causing trans-cis isomerization by light having a specified wavelength. ;SOLUTION: 10-30wt.% ε-aminocaproic acid bonded to a group represented by formula I (A), 10-30wt.% ω-aminoundecanoic acid bonded to a group represented by formula II (B), and polyphosphoric acid are sealed into a polymn. tube with its inside replaced with a nitrogen gas. The tube is heated, and then light obtd. by the combination with a cut-off filter transmitting light having wavelengths of 400nm of longer is radiated through optical fibers to the tube to cause the release, addition, and polymn. of component A. Simultaneously, light obtd. by the combination of a medium-voltage mercury lamp with a band pass filter selectively transmitting light having a wavelength of about 300nm is radiated through optical fibers to the tube to case the release, addition, and polymn. of component B. Since the intensity and time of light radiation can be controlled, the compsn. of the resultant copolycondensate of the above two acids can be selected from a very wide range.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
