PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the troublesomeness of work that a soil covering operation needed in cultivating shaggymane in a bottle is performed in every one bottle, and to perform efficient work. ;SOLUTION: This method for cultivating shaggymane comprises a sterilization process 10 where a culture medium 34 is subdivided and then the parts of the medium 34 are held in first sealable receptacles, and the receptacles are heated in a sealed condition, a first cultivation process 12 where the spawn of shaggymane is inoculated in the medium 34 and then the spawn is cultivated in a specified culture condition, a second cultivation process 14 where the medium 34 in which hyphae have spread is raked out of the above plural receptacles after the end of the first cultivation process 12 and is transferred to second receptacles each having an larger opening than that of the first receptacle, and cultivation is further performed for a specified period of time, and a growing and developing process 16 where soil covering is performed onto mushroom bed surfaces 50 and also germination is performed under a specified growth condition after the second cultivation process 14, and fruit bodies are grown and developed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
