PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic data recording system and device having flexibility for using a magnetic head in a direction other than a standard direction. ;SOLUTION: This system is provided with a first arm for supporting a first magnetic head upward to read the lower surface of a magnetic disk, the first arm including a circuit for feeding signals from the connection part of the first magnetic head in specified array to the electric connection part of the first arm, and a second arm for supporting a second magnetic head downward to read the upper surface of the magnetic disk, the second arm including a circuit for feeding signals from the connection part of the second magnetic head to the electric connection part of the second arm in the same array with that of the electric connection part of the first arm.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
