PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating a surfactant-containing solution capable of flocculating the particulates of the surfactants dispersed in the surfactant-containing solution with simple operation and obtaining separated oil-components and recovered floc in a recyclable form, a method for using the recovered materials recovered by the treatment and a surfactant-containing solution treating device. ;SOLUTION: Dilute sulfuric acid is added to the surfactant-containing solution A to make the solution acidic at about pH 3. An inorganic flocculating agent and an anionic polymer flocculating agent are thereafter added to the solution and the floc C is settled and separated from the supernatant liquid D. The dehydrated flock C is usable as the aggregate for concrete and mortar. If the surfactant-containing solution A contains the oil-components, the oil-components B1 and B2 are floated in first and second pits 16 and 18 and are recovered and removed by first and second floating oil-component recovering devices 12 and 14.
