PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe repairing material, a pipe repairing device and a pipe repairing method which can attain cutoff performance with high reliability in a short time at the time of cutting off a joint part between an underground main pipe and a fitting pipe. ;SOLUTION: In this pipe repairing material 1 including a saddle part 3 laid along the inner surface shape of a lining pipe 2 lined in an underground main pipe I, and a cylindrical part 4 integrated with the saddle part 3 to be inserted on the inside of the fitting pipe II, a heating wire 33 is buried in the saddle part 3. The cylindrical part 4 is formed as a double-pipe structure. The cylindrical part 4 is passed through the fitting pipe II and the saddle part 3 is pressed to the inner face of the lining pipe 2. An electric current is applied to the heating wire 32 to fuse the pipe repairing material 1 to the lining pipe 2. An inner cylindrical member 42 of the cylindrical part 4 is elongated and forced in the inner part of the fitting pipe II.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
