PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety in lifting and fitting an outer wall panel by providing a hanger with a main body capable of going in and out from a cavity part of the outer wall panel, a locking piece locked and fixed to the panel with the main body inserted in the cavity part, and a hooking part for hooking a lifting rope.;SOLUTION: The main body 1 of an outer wall hanger H1 formed by an elongated square pipe is capable of going in and out from a cavity part of an outer wall panel P1, and a band-like support piece 5 and a slide piece 8 are provided in the inside of the main body 1. The slide piece 8 includes an operating piece 7 projecting from a slit formed in the front side of the main body extending in the vertical direction. When the operating piece 7 is lowered to the lower end of the slit, the slide piece 8 is also lowered downward so that the projecting part at the lower end of the slide piece 8 pushes out a locking piece 2 of the support piece 5, and the locking piece 2 is locked in an insert hole 16 of the panel P1 to be put in the fixed state. A steel- made plate 14 having an I-bolt projected is joined to the upper end of the main body 1 to be functioned as a hooking part 3 for hooking lifting ropes.
