PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin crush type pressure detecting device capable of being manufactured in a simplified manufacturing process at a low cost and having high reliability. SOLUTION: A conductor path 120 is baked on a crushing plate 110 made of a glass ceramic with a conductive metal paste of silver or copper having the baking temperature nearly equal to the baking temperature of the glass ceramic concurrently with the crushing plate 110. A pair of electrode pads 130 are provided at both end sections on the back face side of the crushing plate 110, and the conductor path 120 and the electrode pads 130 are electrically connected via conduction sections 121 in the through holes 111 bored on the crushing plate 110 to obtain the crush type pressure detecting device 100.
