PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device which enables a user to easily obtain spectacles adjusted to a desired way of wearing by user's own manipulation. ;SOLUTION: A user puts frames 50 for measurement on the face, adjusts the spectacles to a desired way of wearing and places the frame deformed by this adjustment on a data capturing device 40. The spectacles fitting device 10 forms the data on the way of wearing of the spectacles by scanning the frame and sends the data to a fabricating center 80 through a communicate circuit 70.
