PREPARATION AND TREATMENT OF EMULSIFIED FUEL OIL BY ADDING WATER CONTENT TO VARIOUS FUEL OIL AND EMULSIFIED BY ULTRASONIC WAVE, AND ITS UNIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing an emulsified fuel oil by adding a small amount of an emulsifying agent to a fuel oil such as a heavy oil, kerosene, light oil or gasoline, conveying each of the fuel oil and water in (7:3) ratio, preparing a complete emulsified fuel oil by applying an ultrasonic vibration, introducing the fuel to each of various boilers, furnaces, generators and vehicles in the land, and diesel engines of ships on the sea, completely combusting the fuel by a micro explosion to aim at the improvement in each of heat efficiency, burning efficiency and energy efficiency, and the reduction of the amount of the fuel oil and exhaustion of a noxious material by an exhausted gas. ;SOLUTION: This method for preparing the emulsified fuel oil comprises directly adding and mixing the small amount of emulsifying agent with one of the above various fuel oils, degasifying the fuel oil and water with a vacuum pump, conveying the fuel oil and water in (7:3) weight ratio by using a flowing amount sensor, introducing them into an ultrasonic emulsification treating device for emulsifying instantly by using an ultrasonic wave generating device and an ultrasonic wave-vibrating device, judging the emulsion state by a color-judging sensor for preparing the completely emulsified fuel oil and combusting it in a state of complete combustion by feeding each into a burning device.
