PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring recuperation retrieval system which makes a user answer a medical interview form regarding a health state, performing retrieval from a database(DB) according to the answer to diagnose the health state of the user, and selects the best spring recuperation facilities for the user. SOLUTION: This spring recuperation retrieval system 1 comprises a user information DB 5 which stores user information, a diagnostic information DB 6 which stores diagnostic information, a facility information DB 7 which stores facility information, and a retrieval device 2 which displays the medical interview form on a display device 4, receives and stores an answer to the medical interview form in the user information DB 5 through an input device 3, retrieves diagnostic information from the diagnostic information DB 7 according to the answer to the medical interview form to generate a diagnostic result, retrieves facility information from the facility information DB 6 according to the diagnostic result, and selects the best spring recuperation facilities for the user.
