POURING CONTROL SYSTEM FOR TILTING CASTING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouring control system for a tilting casting machine which is capable of shortening a series of the working time required until a ladle is tilted when a casting mold tilting pattern changes and is capable of more faithfully reproducing a tilting operation pattern. ;SOLUTION: The pouring control system for the tilting casting machine previously forms a pouring weight pattern and a casting mold tilting pattern, inputs the respective patterns as data together with ladle shapes and molten metal specific gravity in a computer of a control panel of the tilting casting machine, calculates the ladle tilting pattern by computer processing, converts the ladle tilting pattern and the casting mold tilting pattern to the data capable of emitting commands to a casting tilting servo amplifier and ladle tilting servo amplifier and emits the commands to activate respective tilting actuators.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
