PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient and comfortable heat source system by performing heat accumulation utilizing midnight power as an air-conditioning/hot water supply heat source to be used in a housing or the like, and performing ice heat accumulation as a heat source for cooling, and utilizing the high- temperature energy on the side of a condenser generated at that time for hot water supply thereby contriving energy saving and centralization of heat sources. SOLUTION: An air conditioner and a warm water heat accumulator are installed, centering around a heat pump, and these are coupled with one another by refrigerant pipes thereby constituting the system such that it utilizes cold and warm heat effectively, and besides when the warm heat is insufficient, the heat is replenished from a midnight power heat accumulator.
