PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless mobile communication system by which a user can hear guidance in a desired language or a desired tone if a call is not possible with a called party terminal when making a phone call and to provide a terminal and a base station. SOLUTION: In the case a call is not possible with a caller side terminal because of power interruption of the terminal or outside of the service zone or the like when making a phone call to the terminal in the wireless mobile communication system, after a base band reception section (Rx(BB)) 3 receives guidance sent from a base station or an exchange station via a radio reception section (Rx(RF)) 2, an automatic translate section (Translate) 10 translates the guidance into a designated language, the translation is supplied to a receiver (or speaker) 4 and the transmission is stopped. Thus, incomprehensible language of the guidance is not caused.
