PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mediation system for by-product distribution for changing disposal to utilization by controlling and matching by-product information on a construction site through the Internet while considering an environmental protection and an economical effect. ;SOLUTION: A mediaton system 1 receives construction by-product disposal information from a terminal 11 while utilizing the Internet and registers it in disposal information 5 and delivery information 6 on a disposal managing database 2. A registered dealer 11 registers the information while using password and a non-registered dealer 12 registers the information by being authenticated. A general client 13 accesses a home page 3 and when the home page is matched with the request of the client, the client is authenticated and registered for the mediation system 1. The mediation system 1 matches information and the disposal information is transmitted by accessing terminals 11, 12 and 13 through a disposal information transmission system 4.
