METHOD FOR CONSTANTLY MONITORING AND MANAGING TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY OF VEHICLE REMOTELY USING PACKET NETWORK OR COMMUNICATION SATELLITE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for monitoring and managing the temperature and humidity of a vehicle remotely in which abnormal temperature or humidity is detected, by not transferring a measured record of temperature and humidity of the vehicle to a personal computer but connecting a temperature and humidity measuring recorder with a mobile terminal, and grasping the state of temperature of the vehicle in real time by bi-directional communication with a remote personal computer for management using a communication network.;SOLUTION: A mobile terminal provided with a communication antenna and a temperature and humidity measuring recorder connected therewith are mounted on a vehicle and a personal computer for management is provided in a center (office) connected with the vehicle through radio communication using a packet network or a communication satellite network. The personal computer for management processes the communicated temperature and humidity data to make a daily report of operation management with temperature management including a temperature graph and a temperature analysis graph. Since the temperature can be monitored and managed in real time during transportation of foods, quality control is enhanced. The inventive method is applicable to various industrial fields and the fields of measuring and monitoring the temperature and humidity remotely over a wide area.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
