PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To objectively express the number of users who listen to a commercial made to be flown through telephone by using numerals and graphs so as to appeal the result of the commercial to a sponsor. SOLUTION: The expected value of the number of calls originated in a unit time zone is found by taking out the near past days showing similar numbers of originated calls and call originating time zones out of the past data collecting the call originating time of all 'XXXX' subscribers and averaging the numbers of originated calls in the same time zone. The numeral thus obtained indicates the numbers of users who are expected to listen to a commercial in different time zones. When a publicity effect calculated from the number of the users is digitized with this numeral, sponsor acquisition is facilitated. In addition, the advertisement rate of the CM is calculated from the following equation: Standard advertisement rate (yen) = Expected value of number of calls originated in unit time zone (calls/hr)×1/60 × contract time (min) × Length of commercial per one call (sec)×k (yen/call.sec).
