TRAFFIC REGULATION NOTIFYING DEVICE AND TRAFFIC VIOLATION NOTIFYING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify drivers of the changes of traffic regulations which are temporarily caused by weather and also to notify a center of a traffic violation. ;SOLUTION: A vehicle position detecting part 10 measures the positions of vehicles by means of the signals which are transmitted from a GPS satellite 91. A traffic regulation data receiving part 20 receives the traffic regulation data from a traffic regulation data transmitting part 92. A storage part 40 stores map data and the traffic regulation data. The received traffic regulation data are compared with the traffic regulation data between the positions of their corresponding vehicles. When the difference is confirmed between both data, this fact is notified to drivers via a voice output part 71 and a display part 72. It is decided whether the drivers violate the traffic regulation and their personal information and the contents of the traffic violation to the center when the drivers violated the traffic regulations.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
