PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a fuselage structure of a fiber-reinforced composite material with stably high quality and at small cost. SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a fuselage structure uses preformed stringer members 31 and outer frame mernbers 42, and inner frame members 43 pre-hardened under heat and pressure, all of a fiber-reinforced composite material. On a skin 2 of a fiber-reinforced composite material laid on a molding die, the plurality of stringer members are arranged at given intervals and the plurality of outer frame members are arranged across the stringer members, before all these elements are integrally hardened under heat and pressure into a fuselage unit having the skin, stringers and outer frames. When pressed against the outer frames, the inner frame members are formed via bonding under heat and pressure.
