BAG MOUTH OPENING/HOLDING DEVICE OF CONTINUOUS HIGH SPEED FILLING AND PACKAGING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the open/close mechanism of an open/close claw which does not hinder high speed operation without the possibility of noise, vibration, friction and breakage as to an automatic high speed filling and packaging machine. ;SOLUTION: This relates to a bag mouth opening/holding device of a continuous high speed filling and packaging machine. A clamp provided on a round table intermittently rotates holds a packaging bag. An arm which reciprocally and vertically moves between an intermittent stop position where the packaging bag mouth is opened and an intermittent stop position of the table where contents are filled in the opened bag mouth is provided on the table. At the tip bottom of the arm a pair of open/close claws for opening and closing are provided with a perforated body long sideways moving up and down by a cylinder and two rotary axes which rotate fitted on the body in between. When the packaging bag mouth is opened, the open/close claws move down into the mouth for opening up and keeping the mouth open, and then the bag is moved to a filling position as is for contents to be filled in.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
