PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply realize a structure of an oil feeder for a fuel tank retaining high sealability even when a large external force generated by the collision of vehicles or the like is applied thereon. ;SOLUTION: An oil feeder is provided with a filler neck FN for feeding a fuel into a fuel tank, and a cap main body 50 is mounted on the filler neck FN. The cap main body 50 is provided with an operation section for the opening and closing operation section for the opening and closing operation and the cap body 50 opening and closing a pouring inlet of a fuel pouring pipe by operating the operation section. A cap protecting section CP encircling a cap through a given clearance and disposed on a position almost beyond the upper face of the cap is provided on the outer periphery of the cap main body 50.
