PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trade transaction system where a person who is to receive the communication service of an Internet and an electronic mail can easily and freely receive service and he securely pays the cost when he receives it since a person who does not possess a credit card cannot receive the communication service of the Internet and the electronic mail, a person who does not have a bank account cannot use the automatic charge of the telephone rate from his bank account and the rate is not always paid even if the account of the telephone rate is sent to a telephone user. ;SOLUTION: The communication service of the Internet and the electronic mail can be received by anyone by omitting a conventional troublesome provider joining registration procedure by using an international/domestic telephone prepaid card as the method of settlement. The secure payment of the telephone rate and an Internet connection rate can be expected.
