SOLUTION: A picture output device is provided with a control part 200 managing and controlling respective function parts, a file storage part 201 which correspondingly stores the electronized pictures and the distribution destinations, an input part 202 inputting various commands and data, a display part 203 displaying various pieces of data stored in a window, a dialog and a file, a distribution destination reading part 204 reading the designated distribution destination of the file, a distribution destination writing part 205 rewriting the designated distribution destination of the file and a printing part 206 arranging the designated file by each designated distribution destination, generating the printing image of a series of pictures in the order and performing printing based on the printing image.
