PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for price specification and circulation by user which enables the user to pay a price, such that the user thinks to be proper when purchasing an article through a network or approving of a concept and to obtain the article, etc., without having other persons know the purchase price.;SOLUTION: Property information, on the article and its lowest price from a provider-side device, is sent to a user device via a network, the user device obtains the property information and lowest price through the network, determines the purchase price higher than the lowest price according to the property information, and sends the purchase price to the provider-side device via the network, and the provider-side device obtains the purchase price from the user device and provides the article to the user device via the network.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
