SOLUTION: Each company 2 stores data, generated by using application softwares which match the business contents of the company, in a local database 28. A registered data for extracting and transmitting means 24 extracts data of a specific item from the generated data and sends the data to a data-sharing institution 1. The data-sharing institution 1, after checking the access rights of the company as the transmission source, registers the received data in the central database 18. Consequently, data that respective companies generate are stored and managed together in the central database 18. The data-sharing institution 1 provides various data regarding a specified person, who requires care at a request from a company 2 to present the data.
