PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an efficient operation of an elevator by calculating the control result estimated value of an elevator group control device on the basis of a traffic flow data, a control rule and a control parameter. ;SOLUTION: This device is an elevator group control system consisting of an elevator car, a lobby call device and various detecting devices, and it comprises an operating state detection part 1. It also comprises a traffic flow estimation part 2 based on the data from a traffic quantity data detection part 11, a car call data detection part 12 and a lobby call data 13, and a mission rule set data base storing a mission rule set consisting of combination of a car control rule and a parameter. A control result estimated value is calculated in a real time simulator part 5 by the actions of these parts, the optimum mission rule set is selected on the basis of the arithmetic result, and the operation of the car is determined on the basis of this mission rule set.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
