PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating and cooling system, method, and device including ventilation, incorporated in a conventional heat pump type air-conditioner for use without remarkably modifying the air-conditioner so as to be easily installed at an existing building, and to cope with a VOC countermeasure in cooperation with a temperature regulation action free from unevenness in temperature. SOLUTION: A heat pump type heating and cooling system consists of an indoor machine installed at the interior of a room, an outdoor machine installed in a place outside a room, and a refrigerant tube communicating with the machines. An air supplying device is annexed to effect intercommunication between the indoor machine and a place outside a room, take in air from a place outside a room, and supply outside air from a supply air reservoir chamber, situated at the back of the indoor machine, through the heat exchanger of the indoor machine.
