PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel sheet for a heat shrinkable band capable of maintaining such level of a strength as does not cause a problem in explosion- proof, having a large yield point and being superior in the band stretching workm, and to offer its fabrication method.;SOLUTION: The steel sheet for a heat shrinkable band shows that the elongation of the yield point before the shrink fit is 1.0% or more. This plate is fabricated through hot rolling, cold rolling, annealing, tempering and rolling with a rolling rate of 0 to 0.5%.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
