INORGANIC COMPOSITION, FERTILIZER UTILIZING THE SAME AND SOIL CONDITIONER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fertilizer and a soil conditioner which are useful for rice farming and the like by preparing an amorphous inorganic composition which has a specified elution ratio of total SiO2 into a citric acid buffer solution having a specified concentration of the citric acid and has a specified chemical shift value and a specified half band width at the time of measuring NMR-29Si. SOLUTION: An amorphous inorganic composition is prepared, which has a =50% elution ratio of total SiO2 into a 4 wt.% citric acid buffer solution (an initializing value of pH is 5.5) and has a =-80 ppm and =-71 ppm chemical shift value and =12 ppm and =23 ppm half band width at the time of measuring NMR-29Si. This inorganic composition consists essentially of MgO, SiO2 and CaO. And the composition is amorphous and has an about 1-20 wt.% MgO, an about 30-50 wt.% SiO2, an about =87 wt.%, preferably an about =90 wt.% total amount of them and a ratio (CaO+MgO)/SiO2 of 0.8-2.5, preferably 1.1-2.0 expressed in terms of mole.
