SOLUTION: Hollow body structural floats 12a......12e are connected in a row through elastic joints 13, and they are arranged at right angles to a pier 10. The circumference of some floats 12a, 12c and 12e is coated with buffers 27, and when a boat 6 is brought into contact with the floats, the impact is absorbed and eased.
