PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous preparation process of a pressure-sensitive self-adhesive composition based on a non-thermoplastic elastic polymer without using any solvent nor mastication, and a process for preparing a self-adhesive product using a coating obtained by the same. SOLUTION: In a continuous preparation process of a self-adhesive composition 28 based on a non-thermoplastic elastic polymer using a continuously operated planetary roll extruder 21 without using any solvent nor mastication, (a) a solid component of the self-adhesive composition is supplied to a filling section of the planetary roll extruder, (b) the solid component of the self-adhesive composition is transferred from the filling section to a mixing section, (c) a liquid component of the self-adhesive composition is added to the mixing section, (d) a uniform self-adhesive composition is generated in the mixing section, and (e) the self-adhesive composition is exhausted. Here, the temperature inside a roll cylinder is higher than the temperatures at the extrusion starting and ending points.
